An exact analysis is given whereby complete transmission is possible
through certain isotropic ionospheric models for discrete sets of
frequencies below the usual isotropic penetration frequency. This is
achieved by the introduction of resonance in the model ionised medium,
chosen to be formed of a number of overdense barriers.
