It is believed that there is a supermassive black hole and surrounding accretion disk in the central region of quasar. Unfortunately, the expected size of the accretion disk is too small, and it is impossible to directly resolve the structure by using current observational instruments. However, there is a strong tool to make it possible. That is quasar microlensing diagnosis. Here, I will briefly introduce this method and recent studies about it.
