A new exact asymptotically flat solution of the Einstein-Maxwell
equations is presented. It contains four independent parameters
associated with the mass, angular momentum, mass-quadrupole, and
magnetic moments of a source, and could be used for the description of
the exterior field of an axisymmetric neutron star.
