Latitudinal variations in the spectrum of screening-frequency fluctuations of the sporadic-E layer are analyzed on the basis of 15-minute data from eight Northern Hemisphere stations located at latitudes ranging from 15 to 70 deg. Latitudinal variations of the amplitudes of quasi-periodic variations of fBeS are, on the average, similar to diurnal tides in the E-region.
