This program calibrates the DQE of the WF chips. It is a repeat of the
WF portion of Proposal 4785, which initially failed due to a proposal
implementation error. There are exposures of popular filters on
BD+75D325 to relate wfpc magnitude system to synthetic photometry
approach, as used by RSDP.
