The proceedings of the All-Union Meeting of the Working Group on Stellar Atmospheres held at the Estonian Institue of Astrophyics and Atmospheric Physics from May 28 to 30, 1991 are briefly reviewed. The themes of the meeting were the main parameters and chemical composition of stellar atmospheres, physical processes in stellar atmospheres, stellar winds and pulsations, and general observational aspects.
