If {and only if} STIS focus turns out to be clearly off, based on the
results from 8958 {STIS-02 - Image Quality}, refine the STIS corrector
system alignment such that the image quality at the slit plane is
optimized. This contingency proposal is essentially a copy of 8512 from
servicing mission 3A.
