As in nuclear physics, the time-dependent mean-field theory offers a useful basis to describe excitations and collision phenomena in electronic systems. We have developed a real-time, real-space simulation method for electronic dynamics with the first-principle Hamiltonian. We report some results of our recent studies including linear response calculations of atomic clusters and molecules, and calculations of charge transfer reaction with highly charged ion. .
