The thermodynamical and statistical properties of a two-dimensional
dilaton black hole with a heat bath are discussed. We have found that at
a phase transition temperature Tc the heat capacity of the
dilaton black hole suffers a discontinuous jump, some second moments
diverge, and a second-order phase transition occurs.
