For a rapidly rotating gravitating homogeneous drop of a magnetized liquid a system of equations determining configurations of the drop in the third approximation for perturbations caused by magnetic strains is obtained and examined. It is shown that a nonlinear increase of nonaxisymmetric deformations takes place near the bifurcation points and the deformations are approximately equal to κ1/3(κ = B02/8π2Gρ2a2). The application of the results obtained to estimate the total intensity of gravitational wave emission of these objects is discussed.
