I construct a canonical transformation in the extended phase space that
maps orbits of the Kepler problem to orbits of the four-dimensional
oscillator with the corresponding change of space and time coordinates
that transforms the Hamilton-Jacobi equation. This transformation
provides an alternative to the Kustaanheimo-Stiefel transformation.
