The present work summarizes previous results showing that the singular
nature of perfect-fluid Friedmann-Robertson-Walker cosmology in
Riemannian general relativity may be avoided in general relativity on
spacetimes of conformally-Riemannian (Weyl-integrable) structure when
the coupling parameter takes values in the appropriated range.
