We show that the collision between axionic boson star and neutron star is a source of ultra high energy cosmic rays and gamma ray bursts. Strong electric polarization or electric field is induced in the axion star under the effect of the magnetic field of the neutron star The energy of the electric field is dissipated very rapidly in the collision, which causes these high energy phenomena.
