In 3-d and 4-d, exact expressions for the uncontracted Bianchi Identites in terms of geometric quantites (volumes, areas, deficit angles, etc.), valid for arbitrary deficit angles, were found. This was confirmed in two cases: the 3-d case with four edges emanating from a vertex, and the 4-d case with five edges emanating from a vertex. Also, limiting forms of the uncontracted Bianchi Identities in the small deficit angle cases were found.
