Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) Anisotropy experiments have recently resolved sub-horizon structures on the last scattering surface at z=1000. After an introductory treatment of the physics of CMB anisotropy, we review the technical advances which made this possible. We describe the current results and their cosmological significance, with special attention to the determination of the curvature of the Universe.
