The probabilities of positronium-photon and photon-positronium transitions in a magnetic field α2H0 << H H0 have been calculated (H0=m20c3/eh=4.4×1013 G, α=e2/hc=1/137). We consider the propagation of a photon with an energy exceeding the positronium energy in curved lines of force in the magnetosphere of a pulsar. The possibility of γ --> γ1 + γ2 decay through the intermediate positronium state is discussed.
