We intend to map the massive star forming regions G305.21+0.21 and NGC6334 (I and I north) with Mopra. With the newly upgraded spectrometer MOPS, we will be able to map the entire 3mm band towards these regions, giving unprecedented information on the distribution of many spectral lines in the band. We then will analyse these data with our chemical models to identify the chemical structure of the star forming clouds and so study the evolution of hot cores as massive star formation proceeds within them.
