The project of a laser interferometer gravitational wave detector TAMA300 is in progress. The 300 m Fabry Perot Michelson interferometer was successfully locked with power recycling in December 2001. The sensitivity was improved owing to further frequency stabilization as well as additional power gain. The seventh data taking run was held as the first international coincidence run with Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory (LIGO) and GEO600. Duty cycle of TAMA300 was 76.7%. Five detectors were under the coincidence observation for 9.8 h during the 34 h run.
