The variations of electron fluxes with energies greater than 0.7 MeV near the high-latitude boundary of the capture zone in the dayand nighttime magnetosphere are analyzed. It is shown that the structure of the electron fluxes undergoes regular changes during substorms. Some specific features of these changes in the day and night sectors are described.
