Scientific paper

The pre-main sequence star V536 Aql, a classical T Tauri star has been
resolved as a close binary surrounded by extended structures. The
authors propose a model to explain the position variation of the
extended structures. The possibility that the observed elongated
structures belong to a circumstellar or circumbinary disk are discussed.
