Theoretical energy levels are reported for the n = 4, Δn = 0 transitions of the ions Br V - In XIX along the gallium isoelectronic sequence. The relativistic Hartree-Fock method, combined with an optimization of Slater parameters (radial energy integrals) based on the observed energy levels when they are available, has been used for the calculations. Oscillator strengths of the 4s4p2 - 4p3 and 4s24d - 4s24f electric dipole transitions have been calculated on the basis of the optimized Slater parameters.
