Several ten meter aperture telescopes, optimized to measure the Sunyaev Zel'dovic Effect, are being considered, including telescopes at the South Pole and in space. Measurements of the SZE with these telescopes may be precise enough to allow the SZ kinematic effect to be measured across a large sample of clusters. The resulting peculiar velocity map should extend across much of the age of the universe allowing a study of evolution of velocity structure.
