Objects with well-collimated outflow cavity and MHD driven jet are hopeful candidates of the most early phase high mass protostars. Such sources are suitable targets for studying initial condition of individual high mass star formation. Furthermore, observational properties of purely MHD driven outflows itself can be a valuable clue of exact mass accretion mechanism, since they are directly associated with innermost part of accretion disk. We propose a VLBI exploration of MHD driven jet in southern high mass star forming regions with a H2O maser emission at 22.23508 GHz. This maser is, hence, often excited in strong shock fronts on a surface of outflow cavity where propagating outflow shock interacts with surrounding dense materials. We can trace a cavity shape within 1000 au scale through their spatial distribution and velocity fields. We have chosen 10 candidates, which show significantly wide velocity range and close spatial relation with class II CH3OH maser, from the H2O maser catalog in Breen et al. 2010. We hope to perform high-sensitivity imaging observations of these 10 H2O maser sources with LBA.
