Excellent quality narrow-band emission-line and continuum images were obtained at the CFHT for seven Seyfert galaxies. The narrow-band filters were chosen to isolate emission lines representing a wide range in ionization potential and diagnostic utility. The continuum images are used as templates to remove the underlying stellar component from the emission-line images, as well as to provide information on the stellar properties of the host galaxies. In general, the images reveal complex, subarcsecond-scale emission-line structures in the circumnuclear regions of all of the galaxies. Previously known or suspected nuclear continuum asymmetries are recovered. In addition to extended emission-line regions, the five Seyfert 2 galaxies in the sample contain a diffuse near-UV continuum component that has a conical or bi-conical morphology aligned with the radio axes in three galaxies. This continuum component is absent in the two Seyfert 1 galaxies of the sample. It is proposed that the extended continuum component found in the Seyfert 2 images is scattered nuclear continuum radiation. It is possible that the scattering medium is also responsible for producing the polarized spectrum of a ``hidden'' Seyfert 1 nucleus seen in two Seyfert 2 galaxies and marginally in a third.
