^100Mo is shown to have large responses for β β ν , low energy solar ν, and supernova ν . This is due to large spin-isospin strengths and large phase-space volumes. The charged-current weak responses were evaluated on the basis of the spin-isospin strengths measured by charge-exchange hadronic reactions. Thus MOON (Mo Observatory Of Neutrinos) provides opportunities for highly sensitive studies of the Majorana ν mass by the neutrinoless β β decay of ^100Mo and low-energy solar and supernova ν 's by the inverse β decay of ^100Mo.
