We analyze the decoupling of neutrinos in the early universe by solving full Boltzman equation for both degenerate and non-degenerate neutrino. We show that these result strongly affect Big-Bang nucleosynthesis and the CMB fluctuations. The marginalized likelihood functions show a slight preference for the existence of lepton asymmetry. We also briefly discuss the implication of this results to the leptogenesis by Affleck-Dine mechanism or oscillating neutrinos.
