Voyager 2 observations of Uranus are discussed. The helium concentrations, temperature of the gases at various depths, the upper atmospheric temperatures, the light from Gamma Pegasi, and the cloud features are evaluated. A strong magnetic field with a magnetic axis tipped 60 deg to the rotation axis is detected. The corkscrew-like turns in the lobes of the magnetic field that result as the planet rotates, and the period of the magnetic field's wobble are examined. An electromagnetic bubble, and the rings and satellites of Uranus are contained in the Uranian magnetosphere. An ultraviolet emission from H2 molecules related to both auroras and airglows referred to as electroglow, which is the source for protons of the upper atmosphere, is studied. The ten narrow, dark, and sharply defined rings of the system are observed; their light fluctuations and composition are described.
