Time dependences of cosmic-ray intensity in the earth's stratosphere and in the outer heliosphere are analyzed. Attention is also given to the relationship between cosmic-ray intensity and solar-activity parameters, the 11-year cosmic-ray cycle according to Pioneer-10 data, and the role of shock waves in the modulation of cosmic rays in the outer heliosphere in 1980.
