The Schrodinger-Pauli approximation of the Hamiltonian of an electron moving in both Coulombian field of a massive and electrically charged particle is derived. The Reissner-Nordstrom metric is used, and the Dirac type equation is obtained from the non-quantum Hamiltonian function, by standard procedures of going over to quantum operators and of spin linearization. Finally, some specific features of the derived Hamiltonians, with or without spin, are pointed out. The authors generalize the results obtained previously for scalar electrically charged particles (Gaina, Studii si Cercetari de Fizica (Bucharest), Vol. 44, p. 585)
