WFC3 thermal-vacuum testing with the FPA64 detector took place in
September and October 2004. The IR13S01 proceedure was executed twice
and the IR13S02 proceedure was executed once. The results show that high
quality IR flat fields can be easily constructed and that the IR chip
non-uniformities are correctable to < 1%.
