This test is to take "uniform illuminated" pictures of the earth. These
data will be used to obtain the "instrument signature" for flat field
corrections. MOD of 23 sept 90 to remove roll and anti-sun -shaya- MOD
of 1 April 91 to improve exposure times and grouping -jjh-
