Scientific paper

This proposal replaces SV prop 1360. It makes observations of saturated
interstellar absorption lines to calibrate the scattered light
background in both Echelles, as a function of wavelength, order,
location with respect to blaze peak, and use of 2.0 or 0.25 aperture.
