We present newly observed optical spectra of V803 Cen, fitted with NLTE pure helium accretion disc atmosphere models. The models are made using the TLUSDISK code. The NLTE model which best fits one of the observed spectra of the V803 Cen at B-mag 14.55, has a mass accretion rate dotM = (3 +/-1) times 10-9Modot / yr, and an inclination i = 5circ.
