Universe Expansion, 3K-Radiation, Gravitational Lensing.

Scientific paper

Isotropic radio emission adequate to microwave equilibrium 30K
temperature (more exactly 2.70K) is considered as a radiation generated
by possible discrete sources at an earlier stage of the Universe
evolution. Presumable conditions of its producing and the mechanism for
transformation of the primary radiation are analyzed.
