Based on the survey observations for CO lines in the center of our Galaxy, this paper presents a keplerian model for the 300pc gas molecular ring: a expending or infalling elliptic ring on which gas molecular clouds rotates according to Kepler's law. By this model, we can get the radial velocity - galactic longitude pattern produced by radiation from the gas molecular in the ring which is like the CO observations. This paper also discuss the effects of model parameters on the pattern.
