We investigate gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking of SO(10) into either SU(2)L×SU(2)R×U(1)B-L or SU(2)L×U(1)I3R×U(1)B-L. We impose perturbativity of the gauge couplings and unification at the GUT scale severely restrict the messenger sector and obtain predictions for the sparticle masses.
