Scientific paper

This proposal defines 2 sets of standard detector tests; a very short
set will be run 4 times per year for each detector, and a longer set
will be run as needed for each detector. For the shortened Cycle 3 this
proposal will run twice--the last of these will be used as a close-out
prior to the servicing mission.
