Bn Object-Infrared Luminosity-Circumstellar Shell

Scientific paper

In this paper we make a theoretical analysis of multi-wavelength
photometric data on the infrared continuum of BN Object. Adopting a
spherically symmetric, optically thin shell model we derive its optical
thickness, its infrared emissivity as a function of wavelength, its
radial distributions of density and temperature and its total mass.
