Using the data of secular acceleration of the mean motion of Phobos we have estimated the mean value of the dissipative factor Qmu(r) of Mars' interiors. For these purposes the weight functions for tides of second and third orders are calculated. Convolution of these functions with Qmu(r) determines the delay angle of tides raised by Phobos and accordingly the secular acceleration of the satellite. The low values of Qmu approximately 60 for the model of Mars with liquid core and approximately 40 for the model with solid core for tidal period T2 approximately 2 x 104s point out the frequency dependence of Qmu on Martian interiors for long periods. Using the power law for estimation of the quality factor in the seismic band of periods T approximately 1-200 s we have obtained the following results: Qmu approximately (110-120) and (80-85) for models with liquid and solid cores at T approximately 200 s and Qmu approximately (250-270) and approximately (170-190) at T approximately 1 s for the same models. These results, in our estimation, indicate that the model of planet with liquid core is more realistic than the model with solid core. The influence of the third order tides on the secular acceleration of Phobos is evaluated to be smaller than 10%.
