We would like to attract the attention of readers to the group of studies in which correlations were found between the pulses in various detectors on February 23, 1987. By a confluence of circumstances, these studies fell into the category of marginal ones. Here, we provide arguments for the genetic relationship of the effects detected in these studies to stellar collapse. We have made judgements about a possible interpretation of the results of these studies, in particular, about the existence of a weak neutrino pulsar that operated for 2 h near 2:52 UT.
