The model proposed for the rotating atmosphere of a relativistic star is
an exact solution of the relativistic hydrodynamic equations of an ideal
fluid situated in a centrally symmetrical statistical gravitational
field. This field is assumed to be generated by a massive central body,
whose radius need not be greater than the Schwarzschild radius.
