We propose X-ray observations of NGC6269 the central galaxy in a poor group. We will determine baryon fractions, mass-to-light ratios, and gas mass and abundance distributions. Theis system is particularly appropriate for testing models of thermal conduction which may explain the absence of cool gas in "cooling flows". We will analyze ``edges'' to investigate mergers or gas motions. Finally, since this galaxy hosts a lobed radio source, we will study the effects of the radio plasma on the hot gas and test feedback models for AGN energy input into cooling flows. Also, we will study the ram pressure stripped galaxy NGC6265, a group member.
