We present CS, CCS and N2H+ observations of the starless core, L1521F in the Taurus Molecular Cloud (TMC). The CCS emission traces the outer 0.1pc envelope of the core while the N2H+ emission traces the inner 0.05pc region. CCS kinematics suggests both infall and rotation motions while the N2H+ kinematics suggests only rotation motion. CCS and N2H+ rotation are apparently in the opposite direction, suggesting that the inner and outer regions are kinematically decoupled and that the inner region may have yet to experience infall.
