Extended inflation ends via the nucleation of bubbles of true vacuum, and the earliest bubbles to nucleate may be stretched by the remaining inflation to sizes of astrophysical interest. We consider a power law distribution of such voids (extended inflation providing a special case of this), including evolutionary effects and quantify the microwave background constraints which limit the filling fraction of voids on a given scale. Insufficient voids are allowed to satisfactorily reproduce the CfA survey data.
