The planar three-body problem as formulated by Irigoyen (1979) is
investigated analytically. The global regularization of Sundman (1909)
is applied to the binary collisions, using the approach employed by
McGhee (1974) for the rectilinear problem. The solution is shown to be
valid for all values of the primary integrals h and C.
