The evolution of a pulsating sunspot center is studied, followed for 11 passages across the solar surface during April 1989 to January 1990 and achieving peak in September, when a large group of 4300 m.e.h. was formed in it. The real height of the stable loop system is determined that was due to the 3B flare formed near the W-limb on August 14. It is noted that the real height of the system R decreased from 80 × 103km on August 14 - 15 to 70 × 103km on August 16 - 17. The decrease of h was due to the reconnection of the loop legs.
