The study of the internal properties of a boundness of N-body gravitating systems within the graph theoretical S-tree technique is presented. One of the remarkable consequences of the suggested method is the appearance of the so-called "singular points", which can have an essential role while relating the substructuring and stability properties of the system. The revealing of the link between the stability and substructuring properties will open new insights for the understanding of the evolution of galaxies and clusters of galaxies.
