This talk will have two parts. In part one, I will describea nonlinear secular perturbation analysis that provides apowerful method for constraining the locations of sub-jovianmass planets and planetesimal debris belts in exo-planetarysystems known to harbor multiple jovian mass planets. In part two, I will describe some new results on the long termchaotic diffusion of resonant Kuiper Belt objects at the edgeof our Solar system.
