A possible means for the measurement of relic neutrinos, which would support the applicability of the standard cosmology back to one second after the big bang, is presented. Within the framework of the SU(2)xU(1) model, it is shown that neutrino-antineutrino annihilation on the Z resonance is the only cosmic ray process sensitive to relic neutrinos. For neutrinos of masses in the electron volt range, an absorption dip of 15% to 50% is predicted for neutrino cosmic rays of energy approximately 10 to the 11th GeV originating from a quasar at redshift 3.5.
