The troposphere and ground limit conditions; propagation; the physicochemical and dynamic aspects of the middle atmosphere; ionized atmosphere electrodynamics; planetary and terrestial electromagnetic radiation; and plasma resonance were investigated. Soil-atmosphere exchanges and energy exchanges in the lower troposphere were studied. Cloud convection; propagation in the presence of hydrometeors and in clear air; the dynamics of the upper mesosphere and thermosphere; and the photochemistry of the mesosphere were examined. The solar wind-magnetosphere and ionospheric dynamos were observed. Magnetospheric plasma energy transfer; plasma layers; high frequency electrostatic waves and planetary radioelectric radiation were investigated.
